Workstudy Program (Karma Yoga - Service & Study)
Amerc is built on the foundations of Karma Yoga which includes:
- service, using one's gifts and efforts to do the day today work of maintaining and operating the farm center.
- self awareness, developed through the practices of asanas
(yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and yoga
philosophy.
